Revolv3 Sandbox environment is the same codebase as production and should have the same uptime as production with no maintenance window. However we do send the transactions to our 3rd party partners test environments which do have limits and downtime. Below is a list of limit or issues with our partners:
- Data retention is limited to a maximum of 30 days
- Depending upon overall system capacity and/or system maintenance requirements, data purges may occur frequently. Whenever possible, we will provide advanced notification.
- Maintenance window - each Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-8:00 AM ET
- Maintenance window (Enterprise eProtect) - every other Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM ET
- Daily limit of 1000 Online transactions
- This is shared so it could be less.
- Daily limit of 10000 Batch transactions
