Make adhoc payment

post https://api.revolv3.com/api/Installments/{installmentId}/payment

Create an adhoc payment for a given installment ID.

The given installment must have an active payment method associate or an error status 404 (NotFound) will be returned.

The invoice ID will be returned as well, allowing users to view the invoice generated.
